Does Zorah ship to international destinations?
Yes, Zorah ships to international destinations. Free standard shipping applies to orders with a total of $175 and above. The $175 threshold is on the final total in checkout, less discounts, taxes and shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Canada Post
When an order is shipped via Canada Post, please note that you will not receive a tracking number. If you expect to be absent during delivery during a period of freezing or intense heat, it is recommended to have the package delivered to the Canada post office closest to your residence.
Purolator
Most Zorah Biocosmétiques deliveries are carried out using Purolator's service. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number. If you anticipate being absent during delivery, you can choose the "Parcel Intercept" option on Purolator's website to redirect the delivery to the Purolator location closest to your residence. This is recommended during a period of freezing or intense heat.
Frozen Product
Once you receive your shipment and should your order freeze outside of your residence, please contact Zorah Biocosmétiques customer service to arrange a return. We will replace your products according to our 100% satisfaction guarantee at no additional cost.
Does Zorah offer Free shipping within Canada?
Yes, for the following provinces, Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick, free standard shipping applies to orders of $95 and above. For all other Canadian provinces, free standard shipping applies to orders of $125 and above. Both $95 and $125 minimums are on final checkout, less discounts, taxes and shipping.

How do I know which product to choose for my skin type?
We've labeled and grouped products by skin type with a color code to help you make the right choice. Visit our Skin Type page to select the option that best corresponds to you.
Purple is for All Skin Types, Blue is for Combination to Oily Skin, Pink is for Normal Skin, and Yellow is for Normal to Dry Skin.
How do I ensure the shelf life of my products?
It is best to store our products in their original containers and a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to preserve the quality and potency of the oil.

Product not getting out of an Airless Bottle?
If you're having difficulty dispensing your Zorah cosmetics from an airless bottle, turn the bottle upside down and try tapping the bottom of the bottle gently. This will help the product move towards the dispensing mechanism and make it easier to come out.

What is the Zorah Subscription Program?
Our subscription program allows you to automatically receive your favorite Zorah products every 3 months at 15% off. It’s the easiest way to maintain your skincare routine while saving money.
How does the 15% discount work?
When you subscribe to eligible products, you automatically receive 15% off each recurring order. The discount applies for as long as your subscription remains active.
How often will I be billed?
Subscriptions are billed every 3 months. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Can I modify my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There is no minimum commitment. You’re free to adjust or cancel your subscription whenever you like.
Which products are eligible for subscription?
Only selected products are available for subscription. Eligible items will clearly display the subscription option on their product page.
What happens if I want to skip a shipment?
You can easily skip a delivery before your next billing date through your account dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account, access your subscription settings, and select Cancel. Your subscription will stop, and you will not be billed for future cycles.
Can I update my payment or shipping information?
Yes. You can update your payment method, shipping address, or other details anytime in your subscription management portal.
